Should we do this? Maybe a diff symbol than atom on the GPU? How do we show better it's a GPU?

@levelsio I have a suggestion- an arrow crossed with a rocket. The arrow to signify where we started, the rocket for where…

That's so horrible

That's what McAfee did pumping shitcoins for $25K

People like my X cause I'm not compromised by money of other ppl telling me what to say or do

Honesty and credibility is worth way more than any money you can give me

Not touching my code is a great way to get to 100.000% uptime

The moment I start touching code it it goes down 99.95% because I break things 😂

When I see ppl live in Bali

All my money comes from
- customers, about 40,000 ppl per year
- one sponsorship from a nomad health insurance company
- investment income from ETF/stocks

So I can not talk objectively about health insurance but I can speak without compromise about everything…

The reason England always loses in football is because they don't play united as the British Empire (UK)

If their uniform was a 🇬🇧 UK flag they'd win

Imagine seeing 11 chads in a UK flag running at you, it's way more intimidating than the basic bitch white…

3mg melatonin is way way too much

You wake up because you overdose your system and it then stops producing it yourself

I learned this from lots of HN threads linked to research

Ideal dose is 0.2-0.3mg about 1h before sleep!

Degrowth propaganda is everywhere you look now

From Dutch news today:

"The Netherlands will have to get rid of the idea that electricity is available to everyone at all times"

They want us to go back to 1890?

For decades Europeans were against installing air conditioning (AC) and didn't want to them due to environmental concerns

AC manufacturers were wrestling with this for ages: a massive untapped market of 750 million people who were all against AC

That's…

People think X has limited reach

But your banger tweets will end up on Instagram if they're good enough

How my decel followers see me

My Twitter salary is about $1K/mo now

Depending on how many ads X sells that goes up by 2x or 3x

Finally saw the X Shop working in Europe where I'm located

When I reloaded the page it was gone again

Any idea if it is live globally? Or is it still beta tested?

Wow this is what I meant exactly

You exit for millions $$$ in worthless stock in the acquirer's company

Happened to him

Always ask 100% cash!

One of the biggest job boards on the planet wanted to buy Remote OK for millions

When I asked how they'd pay

They said in our stock

I asked can I sell it immediately after you buy Remote OK?

He said "eh probably not no"

Then I asked if they'd IPO anytime…

Just learned about "reverse stock split"

You might sell for $10M in stock

But with an 8:1 split

That turns into just $1.25M!

Imagine spending 5 years of your life working waiting for that stock to vest and then be worth 8x less!

Letting GPT4 or another LLM constantly fact check every tweet would be an interesting feature for X to avoid disinfo
