It's not hard, the rating you give after a ride is for that

But the ratings don't have any effect now

Everyone's a 4.7-4.9, probably they disregard low ratings now (like Airbnb does) but who knows

Problem is Uber can't find enough drivers to work for them…

We have lots of Indian drivers here in Portugal

They're actually way better than the Portuguese, much nicer, speak English
