β•°βž€ kita stres sebab banyak perkara yg nak kena buat, tapi socmed lah yg selalu distract kte drpd buat perkara ii tu, end up homework kte pun bertambah tambah and banyak benda kte kena revise, so… πŸ”• silent your phone. Tambahan lagi sbb main gajet waktu malam boleh menyebabkan kita tak dapat tidur yg berkualiti dan kesannya, produktiviti kita low dan kita akan rasa malas je sepanjang hari.

β•°βž€ kalau rasa penat / marah / letih, try amik nafas dalam utk beberapa minit, amalkan 4-7-8 (4 saat inhale, 7 saat tahan, 8 saat exhale), insyaallah badan akan rasa lega. Try amalkan setiap hari dalam 5 ke 10 minit.

πŸ“šΒ» Bersenam
β•°βž€ senaman ringan dalam 10 ke 20 minit setiap hari pun mencukupi untuk rehatkan badan dan minda daripada keletihan hidup. Amalkan senaman ringan tiap ii hari so takdela rasa stres !

πŸ›Β» Cari hobi sendiri
β•°βž€ banyak hobi kita yg boleh buat kita kekal produktif, macam menjahit, tengok movie, melukis, memasak, dan memancing ikan. Hobi membantu kte untuk reduce stres and also tingkatkan mood kita. Make some time untuk lakukan hobi yg kita suka okay! No need to be harsh on yourself.

β•°βž€ maybe you guys would not believe this, but cleaning and organising our place sangat membantu untuk reduce stres! Research mengatakan yang clutter (ketidakkemasan / kekotoran) boleh menyebabkan kita hilang fokus. Instead of focus kat homework, kita stres sbb barang kat meja xberkemas sampai rasa takde mood dah buat homework. Cari ii pen, xde, cari ii buku, buku tak tersusun, malas nak mencari. Jadi, make some time untuk tidy up your place so kawasan kita nampak tersusun and kemas. Bukan kemas meja belajar je ye! Kemas kawasan rumah kita jgk, baru senang hati mak ayah kita. 🫢🏻

πŸ›Β» Ceritakan masalah dekat org yg boleh dipercayai
β•°βž€ tak kisahlah dekat mak ayah ke, kawan ii ke, siblings ke, cikgu ke, ceritalah apa yg xkena dengan hidup kita sbb kadang ii kalau kte stres sbb kte xjumpa jawapan untuk masalah kte, dorg boleh bantu kita selesaikan masalah kita. Cerita jugak dekat tuhan tentang masalah kita, insyaallah Dia akan bantu. Tak pun, bagi self-talk dekat diri sendiri. Bagi self-affirmation dekat diri sendiri. Sebut β€œYou can do it!”, β€œDon’t be afraid, it’s gonna be okay”, you akan rasa lebih tenang, trust me.

πŸ” KEPT FORGETTING YOUR MATH?

☁️ This is a pretty common problem for most of the students. In fact i was one of the students a while ago.

☁️ to solve this probs, you just have to be disciplined. here's what to do :

: β€Œβž› spare a few minutes on reviewing
: β€Œβž› do a brief explanation to yourself ( if u cant, cari kat youtube pun boleh )
: β€Œβž› do 3 or more simple questions. take no longer than 15 minutes
: β€Œβž› kalau dah siap, check it back, if you got all correct, then go to the next step.
: β€Œβž›but if you have some questions wrong, go to find which step yang salah and fahamkan and please take note why and how you can make that mistakes. take this step seriously if you wanted to improve more.
: β€Œβž› cari tak lebih dari 3 soalan yang complex/susah for you, and then buat. dont take more than 20 minutes on those questions.
: β€Œβž› siap? of course you have to check it wether it is correct or wrong. ulang perkara yang sama mcm step 4 tadi.

☁️ after a few times doing this, you can get to know your flaws in your math. jangan ingat math je, of course boleh apply in any subjects such as addmath, chemistry, akaun, perniagaan or any subjects yang sure enough need to take CALCULATING seriously.

☁️ but as i said before, you have to be disciplined. korang kene and wajib buat tiap hari. so that, korang tak akan lupa. this tips are genuinely from me. pretty common tips i guess. but really helpful. of you guys hv some questions, feel free to ask :]
