2025, my second year of building my personal brand, I was making $1k a day consistently, so I set a new target - $10k a day.
To scale the income, I tried to run four business models at the same time.
Affiliation, a service business, digital products, and trading.
I thought scale meant doing more things.
I burned more than $90,000 learning that it means doing fewer things better.
I go back to that year a lot when I'm tempted to add something new to the stack.
The lesson cost too much to ignore:
