I am Kalaivani.D, UGC-JRF, Ph.D. Scholar, Department of Food Science and Nutrition, Periyar University, Salem.
I am currently involved in a short term mini-project work regarding New product development, market and sensory studies at NIFTEM, Thanjavur. As a part of this, we are conducting a survey on consumer preferences for millet based foods among the Indian population.
