My first-ever experience with spring in Canada is indeed a beautiful one. After the long, cold winter months of darkness and emptiness, again shines the sun! Mr Sun smiles down from the bright blue sky, with lazy, feathery clouds drifting by. From under the soil, the warmth of his smile draws out life, and it bursts forth in colour and light! The trees waving branches laden with baby green leaves, the flowers in vibrant colours arrayed, the animals hop and jump happily about, the birds burst out in a song of praise! People join in the nature chorus, spending time outdoors soaking in the sun, and kids joyfully run out and play, rise my soul, Spring has come!
