A new format of mindshare has been released — here's how you can continue earning.
We're introducing Mindshare Campaigns featuring specific topics, activities and time periods.
The next two weeks will be dedicated to packages.
The conditions are simple:
1) Post about packages
2) Put your referral link
3) Make sure it's quality content
Only relevant posts will be eligible!
We value quality content, especially coming from personal experience of/engagement with packages, but also guides, explainers and analytics. Yet it doesn't have to be all verbose, just make sure it's organic and quality.

Packages have raised a lot of questions in the community. Here's the simplest breakdown.
Packages are like staking/LPing: you give liquidity to Catapult and earn fees from it
Each package gives you a set of launches per day for 30 or 90 days. You launch and collect fees off each token.
You launch tokens via credits, which is just a sort of balance that simplifies launching different token modes.

Why trade Catapult futures?
Leverage is ironically supposed to reduce risk. It's not how people usually use it, but our specific implementation nudges you to trade better.
What is leverage?
The basic idea: you commit less funds (called margin) than the actual trade size, which makes your PnL swings bigger. There's a caveat though: since you commit less capital, a -100% swing is possible. When that happens, there's no margin left in the position, so it gets closed. That's a liquidation.
Why leverage may actually be safer
People go all-in with futures, but that's not the strategy we recommend. If you split your funds across many positions, you reduce variance and liquidation risk: liquidation acts as a natural stop-loss. Leverage also lets you trade by strategy and reduce exposure risk: in spot, more of your funds are tied up for longer, which means more volatility exposure.
How to trade
Go to a token, then click Futures in the Spot/Futures toggle on the trading window. Enter your total trade size: the margin required depends on the leverage chosen. At 2x, your margin will be half the trade size.
Futures open up a lot of opportunities. If you've been stuck in spot, it's worth trying. Your strategy might actually work better here.

Rank Up, Get Rewarded For Activity
A new system of rewards is live: your trading activity now moves you up the ranks and you receive rewards for each threshold. As you trade, you'll be paid out rank-based bonuses constantly.
The system is built on cumulative PNL, that is, your absolute PNL. Make a $100 loss and a $100 profit and you'll increase your cumulative PNL by $200.
Thresholds start super low: your first reward is available at $1,000 PNL size. $100,000+ rewards in total per user journey.
Each reward can be claimed over 14 days: 25% is given upfront and 75% will be gradually available over the following 13 days.
Claim at least once a day so the daily sum doesn't get burned. Two claims per day are available, but not required.
