New aicp test build,
Changes:
1. Full treble support (from lineage)
2. Updated to Linux 3.18.122
3. Added the miui offline charging animation
4. Updated the ramdisk
5. Removed the smartcard service
6. Updated NFC (latest from codeworkx)
7. September security patch

Note:
1. Make sure you're on the latest official twrp https://twrp.me/Devices/LeEco/ (3.2.3)

2. IR should still work, had to remove the netd permission from it, if it doesn't work just switch to selinux permissive (can do this in aicp extras)

3. You must be using a treble kernel, here is the latest overclocked build if that's what you want to use https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=77596092&postcount=540

4. If you're using magisk, flash the magisk uninstaller before flashing this build, and then reflash magisk after the build (I recommend magisk 17.1)

5. If you're using xposed, you will probably need to flash the xposed uninstaller first (although I still provide no support for xposed)

6. My button remap zip will not work on this build, going to try to update it for treble when I have time, you can always remap the hardware keys in aicp extras though
