الUpToDate هو مرجع موثوق للطب المسند بالدليل، يعتمد على الية دقيقة لتحرير ومراجعة المحتوى، ويساهم في ذلك اكثر من 6500 مؤلف ومحرر طبي.
يحتوي على اكثر من 11000 مقالة طبية اضافة لمعلومات عن اكثر من 8000 دواء اضافة لمقارنة التداخلات الدوائية المحتملة بين الأدوية المختلفة.
يتم استخدامه من قبل اكثر من مليون طبيب حول العالم، ويعتمد عليه لدى 90 % من مراكز البحث الكبرى في الولايات المتحدة، كما اكدت 80 دراسة فعالية استخدامه في تحسين الاداء الطبي.
تبلغ تكلفة الاشتراك بUptodate حوالي 500دولار امريكي سنويا.

النسخة الوحيدة المتوفرة سابقا بشكل offline كانت بتاريخ 2013.
أما هذه النسخة فهي بتاريخ 4/2018.


- تمتلك هذه النسخة خاصية البحث حتى ضمن المقالات اضافة لدراسة التداخلات الدوائية بشكل تفاعلي.

- حجم النسخة حوالي 1 جيغا دون صور، وحوالي 6 جيغا مع الصور والفيديوهات.
طريقة الاستخدام:
1- قم بنسخ الملفات المحملة الى الجهاز الذي تريد استخدام Uptodate عليه.
2- قم بفك ضغط الملف "UTD.zip" او "UTDall.zip" (على الجهاز الهدف حصرا.. حيث ان استخراج الملفات ثم نسخها يستغرق مدة اطول بكثير)
3- قم بفتح الملف "UpToDate.htm" (الذي تم فك ضغطه ايضا عبر الخطوة 2) باستخدام احد المتصفحات المستحسنة (Chrome على الوندوز والماك، Opera على الاندرويد، Documents على الايفون والايباد)

**How to use:**
1. Move the downloaded files ("UTD.zip" OR "UTDall.zip") to your device.. (in case of iPhone/iPad use iTunes, and move the compressed files to "Documents" app).
2. if you want to use Uptodate without images.. extract "UTD.zip" to a directory of your choice.. and if you want to use it with images.. extract "UTDall"
3. Open "Uptodate.htm" using the recommened browser as mentioned below. (and add it to Bookmarks or to Home Screen).


**Recommended Browsers:**
- Desktop (Windows, Linux, Mac): Chrome
- Mobile (Android): Opera Browser (not opera mini)
- Mobile (iOS): Documents (can be installed even in non-jailbreaked devices using vshare)

**Notes:**
- Size: ~5.5GB (with pictures).. or ~1.5GB (without pictures).

- do NOT extract the files before moving them, as there are more than 40000 files, which mean it's almost impossible to copy between devices unless they're compressed in one file.


IMPORTANT NOTE: This edition was only meant for clinicians in developing countries who can't afford its high cost (495$/year). However if you can afford it please pay and use it legally, it's really worthy.
