WASTED AGENCY — Unbans TOS

1. SCOPE OF SERVICE:

•Our only responsibility is to unban your account. Once the account is unbanned, our work is officially complete.

•We are not responsible for any issues you face afterward, including:

- Wrong password
- Lost backup codes
- Lost or missing 2FA codes
- Login errors
- Inability to access the account

These are fully the client’s responsibility.


2. SUCCESS RATE & METHOD TYPES:

•Rep Unbans:

- 100% success rate
- Faster ETA
- ETA is an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery time.


Manual Unbans:
- Do NOT come with 100% success rate
- Average success rate is 99%
- ETA may be delayed since decisions come from Instagram Support
- Manual outcomes depend on Meta’s internal systems, which we do not control.


3. PLATFORM DEPENDENCY:

•We do NOT own or control Instagram/Meta.

•All results depend on Instagram’s internal review systems, any delays, changes, or unexpected outcomes caused by Meta are not our liability.


4. PAYMENT POLICY:

- Payment must be done upfront or via a trusted Middleman (MM).
- We do not go first under any circumstances.
- Work begins only once payment is confirmed by us or the MM.
- For manual cases: once you confirm the timeframe with us, the case is FINAL , no cancellation or withdrawal.
- If your client refuses to pay you, it is YOUR responsibility. You must still ensure our payment is made.
- For upfront unbans: funds must be released instantly or within a few hours once the unban is completed.


5. PROOF & TRANSPARENCY:

- We do not provide full proof of our internal work or submissions.
- Limited screenshots may be provided, but not full details or processes.
- If the unban is completed within the agreed TAT and you refuse to pay by demanding unnecessary proof, it will be treated as a scam attempt.


6. NO COMPENSATION POLICY:

- If a manual unban is unsuccessful, there are no refunds, no compensation, and no liability.
- Rep Unbans only fail if incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the client.


7. POST-UNBAN RESPONSIBILITY:

Once your account is successfully unbanned:

- If the account gets re-banned, disabled, restricted, flagged, or locked again, we are NOT responsible.
- Our job is strictly to unban the account — nothing beyond that.
- Payment must be released immediately after confirmation of unban.


8. FINAL RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE:

Delivery is considered complete once:

- The account shows as UNBANNED, OR
- You confirm you regained access


After that, you take full responsibility for the account’s safety (passwords, 2FA, login, recovery).

9. AGREEMENT:

By submitting an unban case to WASTED AGENCY, you automatically agree to ALL the above Terms of Service.
WASTED AGENCY – Verification TOS

1. SCOPE OF SERVICE:

•My only responsibility is to successfully verify your account. Once the verification badge appears, my work is complete.

•After verification, if the account gets debadged, restricted, banned, or faces any other issues, I am not responsible.


2. ESTIMATED TIMEFRAME (ETA):

- All ETAs shared are estimates only.
Verification decisions are fully handled by Instagram Support, not by me.

- Delays can occur depending on internal review queues.


3. PAYMENT POLICY:

- Payment must be upfront or through a Middleman (MM).

- I do not go first under any circumstances.

- Work begins only after payment is confirmed.


4. INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS:

- You must send accurate and final information about all custom details you want on the profile at the time of verification.

- After verification, no changes to custom details will be made by me.
If the information you provide is incorrect or incomplete, any issues caused are your responsibility.


5. USERNAME & NAME-CHANGE POLICY:

- You must tell me the username you want before proceeding, your Instagram name must not have been changed within the last 14 days.
Instagram only allows two name changes within 14 days.

- If your name was changed recently, verification may fail due to Instagram’s internal rules.

- Any failed attempt due to recent name changes is not my responsibility.


6. ACCOUNTS PROVIDED BY ME (ON DEMAND):

- If the account is provided by us, you will receive it verified with your requested details and an OGE email.

- Once the login details are handed over and you successfully log in, my responsibility ends immediately.


7. FINAL RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE:

- Once the verification badge is live, or once you log into an account we provide, the service is considered complete.

- I do not take responsibility for actions taken by Instagram after that point.
WASTED AGENCY — Removals / Bans TOS

1. SCOPE OF SERVICE:

•Our only job is to remove/ban the target account. Once the account is successfully removed, our work is fully complete.

•If the target gets unbanned or restored later, we are NOT responsible.

•If you require a permanent removal, you must clearly state it before the work starts.


2. REMOVAL METHODS & SUCCESS RATES:

Rep Removals (Representative Method):

- More reliable and accurate than manual
- Higher success rate
- Faster ETA
- ETA is always an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery time


Manual Removals:

- Lower success rate
- ETA can be delayed
- Timing and results depend entirely on Instagram/Meta internal systems
- We do NOT control delays, denials, or outcomes on manual removals


3. PLATFORM DEPENDENCY:

- We do NOT own or control Meta/Instagram, all removals depend on internal review processes and moderation decisions.

- Any delay, unexpected outcome, or change from the platform is not our responsibility.


4. LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY:

By hiring WASTED AGENCY for a removal/ban, you agree:

- All legal responsibility is yours
- We only process the removal request
- We are not liable for consequences, disputes, or issues that arise from your request


5. PAYMENT POLICY:

- Work begins ONLY after payment is confirmed by us or by the MM


6. COMPLETION OF SERVICE:

- Once the target is removed/banned, the service is marked as completed.
If the target is restored, unbanned, or comes back later, we are NOT responsible.

- Our job ends the moment the removal is successfully completed.


7. FINAL CLAUSE:

- By submitting a removal/ban case to WASTED AGENCY, you automatically agree to all the above Terms of Service.
WASTED AGENCY — Claims TOS

1. SCOPE OF SERVICE:

•We only handle username claims and proxy listings. Once the username is successfully claimed and delivered, our work ends.

2. DELIVERY METHOD (FRESHIE + OGE INCLUDED):

The claimed username will be delivered on a freshie account with:

- Full OGE access
- Complete login details
Once you log in successfully, all responsibility ends from our side.


3. REFUND POLICY (CLAIMING PHASE ONLY):

- If anything goes wrong during the claiming process BEFORE delivery, we will issue a refund from our side.

- After delivery and successful login, no refunds will be provided under ANY circumstances.


4. NO WARRANTY / NO REFUNDS AFTER DELIVERY:

Once the username is delivered and you log in:

- No warranties
- No replacements
- No exchanges
- No buyer’s remorse

Buyer assumes full responsibility for the account and the username.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY & SECURITY:

- We do not share client information.
Always confirm identity and use a trusted Middleman (MM).

- We are not responsible if you fall victim to impersonators.


6. AVAILABILITY & PRICING:

- Username availability can change at any moment.

- Prices may fluctuate based on market conditions or seller-side changes.

- Some claims may involve proxy sellers, which does not make WASTED AGENCY liable.


7. POST-DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY:

After providing the freshie + OGE and you successfully log in, we are NEVER responsible for:

- Username loss
- Swap failures
- Account bans or flags
- Badge loss
- Lockouts or recovery issues
You must secure the account immediately (2FA, password, email, recovery info).


8. BEHAVIOR & COMMUNICATION:

- Disrespect, spam, or negative behavior results in permanent removal from communication.

- WASTED AGENCY reserves the right to refuse service at any time without explanation.

9. FINAL AGREEMENT:

- By purchasing a username claim from WASTED AGENCY, you automatically agree to ALL the above Terms of Service.
WASTED AGENCY — Swaps TOS

1. SCOPE OF SERVICE:

• Our job is only to assist with swapping a username from one account to another.

• Once the swap attempt successful or unsuccessful is completed, our work ends.


2. HIGH-RISK DISCLAIMER:

Username swaps are extremely high risk. We are NOT responsible if the username is:

- Taken during the swap
- Lost to another user
- Unavailable at the moment of change
- Delayed or blocked by Instagram’s system

Any loss during the swap process is 100% the buyer’s responsibility.

3. RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE:

- If you request swap assistance or attempt a swap using our guidance, you accept that WASTED AGENCY holds ZERO liability for any outcomes.

4. MM / ESCROW RECOMMENDATION:

- Always use a trusted Middleman (MM) for safety.

- If you choose not to use MM, you take full responsibility for all risks.


5. NO WARRANTY / NO REFUNDS:

Due to the high-risk nature of swaps:

- No refunds
- No warranties
- No compensation
- No guarantees
All swap outcomes depend solely on Instagram’s internal systems, not WASTED AGENCY.


6. POST-SWAP RESPONSIBILITY:

After the swap attempt is completed, you must immediately:

- Add 2FA
- Change email & password
- Remove old recovery methods
- Secure the account fully

Any future loss, lockout, or security issue is NOT our responsibility.

7. BEHAVIOR & COMMUNICATION:

- Disrespect, spam, or negative behavior results in permanent removal from communication.
- WASTED AGENCY reserves the right to decline service at any time without explanation.


8. FINAL AGREEMENT:

- By requesting a swap service from WASTED AGENCY, you automatically agree to ALL the above Terms of Service.
