subject: Btech lateral Entry Admission 2023 on Behalf Diploma Students' appeal to changed guidelines of HBTU btech lateral Entry 2023 (why not Eligible Diploma Appearing Students )

I am( your Name )a (college name) and mentor to thousands of diploma students from all over India last 13 years. HBTU(HBTI) is a prestigious institution and students have put in a lot of hard work to get into this university.
However as per the latest notification released Revised Guideline Point no. 7 on your official website(PFA), it says that appearing Diploma students are not eligible for the admission in Btech lateral Entry 2023 (this year Total Seat 241 great opportunity for Diploma Students). please Sir look into the matters!
I would like to bring to your kind notice that as per the guidelines released by UGC/AICTE For Admission Notice Session 2023-24(PFA), it says that appearing Diploma students are Eligible. and Submit Overall Diploma Final Result latest by 30 September 2023. Given that, no diploma in college has released their final result, I would hereby request you to kindly permit Appearing Diploma students. the last date of 31 july for Registration of counseling or to please allow appearing Diploma students to apply for counseling.
