Meet the NYPD CRT unit. This unit was invented by @NYPDChiefOfDept @NYPDChiefPatrol and @NYPDDaughtry . This unit can go wherever they want within the 5 Boroughs. I personally documented on different occasions especially when they took down the migrant gangs in midtown NY. you can hide from them , but Eventually they will find you.
