She pretends to be press but is highly involved in organizing protests. She roams around freely due to her press pass but has been caught passing information to her anarchist friends in the past.

She's been called out multiple multiple government agencies, both Democrats and Republicans for her sneaky behavior.

She's probably out side passing info to her friends telling them who's showing up .
