Penn Station in New York City faces a recurring issue where certain individuals, many of whom are believed to have mental health challenges, are repeatedly removed from the premises by law enforcement officers.

It is important to address this situation with compassion and seek appropriate solutions that prioritize the well-being and support of these individuals.

On the night of May 25, 2024, two rather dim-witted individuals broke into the Kings Plaza Mall through a pried-open door in the parking garage, forgetting to wear masks. Evading security with surprising skill, they made off with $55,000 worth of jewelry from an island kiosk. They fled on foot across Flatbush Avenue towards Ryder Street, disappearing into the night. The NYPD, now armed with clear security footage, is eagerly looking to chat with these unmasked masterminds. No injuries were reported.
