It was reported to police that on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at approximately 1700 hours, three unidentified individuals entered a commercial establishment located at 133 Highlawn Avenue. One of the individuals displayed a firearm. The other two individuals forcibly removed jewelry, wallets, multiple car keys, and tools valued at approximately $8,150 and approximately $3,000 cash from the victims before fleeing. No injuries were reported as a result of this incident

Migrants began to set up encampments to sleep outside overnight.
Migrants state that earlier in the day that an ambulance showed up to take a female Migrant to the hospital .
Garbage bags were left outside stacked up, and bags left open .
The department of sanitation showed up, but security brushed him off. They will most likely get a fine due to the garbage bags being left like that.

It was reported to police that on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at approximately 0925 hours, a 66-year-old male was walking inside of a Duane Reade located at 17 John Street when he bumped into an unknown individual who was exiting the location. The individual then punched the victim in the head, making an anti-Semitic statement and fled the location to parts unknown. The 66-year-old victim sustained a minor head injury but refused medical attention. There are no arrests at this time.
