Friends Beware of wrong concepts taught by Bhanwar Borana in his amendment classes. Following are few examples of wrong concepts:
1. He said about Investment Fund having loss from Income from House Property. He does not know that Investment Funds are not allowed to Invest in house property.
2. He said that loss relating to unit holders who held units for less than 12 months is a dead loss. Totally wrong as such loss will be carried forward by Investment Fund as per Memorandum Explaining Finance Bill 2019
And many more. Please dont risk ur career in hands of such teachers who themselves dont know the law
