You don't necessarily need to know how to code before you can build an app anymore.

And no, I don't mean you can press one button and become Mark Zuckerberg. 😂

You can literally tell an AI tool:

"I want an app where students can create a profile, upload their CV and get matched with jobs based on their skills."

It gives you a first version.

Then you test it.

"This button isn't working."

"Move this section."

"Add login."

"Save the user's profile."

That's what iterating means.

You keep telling the tool what is wrong until the thing starts behaving the way you want.

But there's something people miss.

The first version will probably be ugly.

Something will break.

The AI may misunderstand what you meant.

You may ask for a feature and get something completely different.

That's normal.

Building with AI doesn't remove the need to think. It simply changes what you spend your time doing.

Instead of spending two hours remembering the exact syntax for something, you may spend those two hours deciding what the product should actually do and testing whether it works.

That is a big difference.

You still need to understand your user.

You still need to test.

You still need to know when the AI has written nonsense.

But memorising thousands of lines of code is no longer the wall it used to be.

You don't have to leave Nigeria before you can work for the world.

A freelancer can sit in Owerri and edit videos for a company in Canada.

Another can manage the inbox of a business in the UK.

Another can build a website for someone in the United States.

The client doesn't necessarily care where your house is.

They care whether you can solve the problem they hired you to solve.

I know this sounds obvious, but it changes how you should think about your career.
