Intraday के लिए कौन सा Timeframe सही है?

Intraday में एक ही timeframe पर depend नहीं रहना है — हमेशा 3 timeframes का combination use करें:

🔍 Trend Direction | 1 Hour (H1) या 30 Min | Overall market trend पता करने के लिए

🎯 Setup / Zone Identification | 15 Min | Demand–Supply zone, order block, breakout area, support–resistance identify करने के लिए |
⚡Entry / Exit Confirmation | 5 Min या 3 Min | Entry trigger, candle confirmation और exit signal के लिए ।

Example के लिए:

मान लो आप Bank Nifty intraday trade कर रहे हो:

1. H1 chart पर trend check किया → Uptrend दिख रहा है।
2. 15 Min chart पर last demand zone mark किया जहाँ price वापस आ सकता है।
3. जब price उस zone पर पहुँचे, 5 Min chart में bullish confirmation candle या FVG fill देखो → वहीं entry लो।
4. Exit के लिए same 5 Min या 3 Min में opposite signal या trailing stop loss से manage करो।

* Scalping style (Quick 5–15 min trades): 1 Min / 3 Min entry best.
* Normal intraday (20–60 min hold): 5 Min / 15 Min entry best.
