💻 How to Write Respectful Code Reviews

Code review is one of the most important parts of teamwork in software engineering. But many developers forget one thing:

You are reviewing the code — not the person.
🧑‍💻

Sometimes a rude comment can completely kill a junior developer’s confidence. 😰 Imagine spending 4 hours fixing a bug and then seeing this comment:

“What is this mess?” 😐

A better way:

“This part works, but maybe we can improve readability here.”

Professional developers focus on solving the problem, not attacking people. 🛠 Good communication makes the team faster, calmer, and easier to work with. 🌟

🚀 Soft Skill Tip:
The best engineers are not always the smartest people in the room. 🧠 Sometimes they are just the easiest people to work with. 🤗

Going to 📅

Will

What you will learn:
How to pick tasks from the backlog.
The difference between plans and sudden decisions.
Useful tech vocabulary (Refactor, Sprint, Bug fixing).

🤖 The Smart Desktop Companion That Fixes Your Posture!

Do you spend hours slouching at your desk? A new device called Deep Care wants to fix your posture. It is a $350 desktop camera, but it is completely different from other smart devices.

Most new tech tools send your video to the internet. However, this device uses edge computing to process everything locally. It does not connect to the cloud, so you don't have to worry about a data breach.

The device has a small camera that tracks your body. It uses an algorithm to detect when you bend your back and reminds you to sit straight. It’s a great piece of standalone tech for a distraction-free and private workspace.
