When younger female calls older female "unnie".

When younger female calls older male "oppa" .

If someone is in the same age with you, you can calls their "names"

When younger male calls a older female "noona".

When younger male calls older male "hyung"

"unnie" or "oppa" whos way older than you? Usually, we use those terms to someone who doesn't have many age gap. Calling someone's name straight away you just met? Normally, you should say "Can I call your name? (Can I say casually?) And if they permitted, you can call their names.
Then should I ask people's age all the time and decide how to call them?

"Hello! How old are you?"

When you need to call someone you just met, you can use Name +"C "
In that way, you can talk to people politely without knowing their ages.

Friends in Korea mean people who have same Korean ages. But if you have really close friend among friends
you say "chin han chingu" (close friend). Its same to unnie. If you have a really close unnie, you can't call her friend, you call her "chin han chingu"
( close unnie)  Now you have learned about Korean age and the way to call Koreans! You won't have big troubles in Korea that has to do with those.
