What is your advice on returning to lessons and studies, and how do we manage when lessons conflict with time?

First: The day is long, and its hours are extended. Schools have a systematic schedule, and the time allocated to studies does not exceed a third of the day.

Second: There is no conflict or contradiction between school studies and the lessons in mosques. For example, religious lessons in universities, and the lessons in mosques, align with each other.

Third: A Muslim, even if he does not attend university, is obligated to learn the religion of Allah. It is obligatory to learn the essentials of the religion and what is necessary to understand Islam. If he does not learn this, he sins, whether he is at university, on his farm, or anywhere else.

Fourth: If a person is able to attend lessons in the mosque, he is engaging in a great and noble act of worship. For this reason, Shaytan strives hard to prevent him from this worship.

Sixth: A Muslim does not surrender to Shaytan. Rather, he is certain that if he adheres to the command of Allah, Allah will bless his time and grant him success in all his endeavors, whether at university or elsewhere. As Allah says: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out, and will provide for him from where he does not expect." Reality has shown this; those who attend lessons in mosques are more brilliant, sharper, and nobler than those who do not.

Seventh: University students who are far from their families should exert more effort in acquiring knowledge at university and beyond, so they can return to their families and teach them correct Islamic knowledge. These students persevere, strive, and work hard, avoiding distractions and what is not beneficial. They are considered strangers because they have left their families, parents, and possibly even their children, loved ones, friends, and homeland. They should compensate for this by seeking something greater, which is the pursuit of Allah’s love through the quest for religious knowledge.

Eighth: Allah has promised to elevate those who seek knowledge, as He says: "Allah will raise those who have believed among you and those who were given knowledge, by degrees." A person should attend lessons with the certainty that Allah is the One who takes care of his affairs, blesses his time, and facilitates the means for his life and afterlife.

Ninth: You must be certain that what you are doing is something that Allah loves. If Allah loves this action, He will reward you generously, giving you more than you asked for and enriching you beyond what you sought. Therefore, do not doubt what Allah has commanded you, and do not waver or retreat in your pursuit of knowledge.

Tenth: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) informed us that by the grace and generosity of Allah, when a session of knowledge is concluded, it is said: "Rise, your sins have been forgiven." Over time, your records are cleansed, and whoever lives his days and nights in this state is forgiven for his sins. Allah gives him what he wishes and more. As Allah says: "Indeed, Allah loves the righteous." As long as He loves you, leave the matter to Him.

Eleventh: Do not be affected by those who try to discourage you, make you doubtful, or weaken your determination. Let those who are lazy remain in their place and do not let them influence you. Be with people of determination and diligence until you build your Hereafter and prepare for your grave.


I add, if we manage our time properly, it is possible to do many things. Especially make use of morning time after fajr. Do not sleep after Fajr. It is seen/experienced that those who start work early after Fajr, achieve more. Because of the dua of prophet sallallaahu alayhi wasallam that "O Allaah put barakah in the mornings of my Ummaah"

📌 The hearts of the servants are between two fingers of the Most Merciful. He turns them as He wills. If Allah leads you astray, who can guide you? And if He guides you, who can mislead you?

🍃 When the Quran was revealed, the Arabs were unable to produce even a verse like it despite their eloquence at that time. Some among them acknowledged the eloquence of the Quran, such as Al-Walid ibn Al-Mughirah, who said to Abu Jahl: "By Allah, there is no one among you who knows poetry better than I do, nor is there anyone more knowledgeable about Rajaz or Qasidah poetry than I am, nor about the poetry of the jinn. By Allah, what he says does not resemble anything of this, and by Allah, his words have a sweetness, a beauty upon them, they are elevated and nothing can surpass them, and they break whatever is beneath them."

Despite this, Al-Walid died a disbeliever, while his son, the noble companion Khalid ibn Al-Walid (may Allah be pleased with him), embraced Islam.

🍃 Similarly, there is the incident of the magicians when they witnessed the miracle of Musa (peace be upon him). Imam Mujahid ibn Jabr (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "They were magicians at the beginning of the day, and by its end, they were martyrs." 📚 Tafsir Al-Tabari

📌 The connection between the two stories: The magicians had knowledge of magic, and what they saw was not magic. Al-Walid had knowledge of poetry, and what he heard was not poetry. The magicians believed and did not act arrogantly, unlike Al-Walid. Allah willed for the magicians to be guided and for Al-Walid to remain in disbelief.

📌 Being a Muslim now does not guarantee that you will die as one, so be cautious and ask Allah for steadfastness. Do not be deceived by your deeds and uprightness. How many Muslims have apostatized and perished, ending up in Hellfire in the Hereafter? And how many disbelievers embraced Islam and became ascetics, finding eternal bliss in Paradise in the Hereafter?

Silence in the Face of Falsehood is Complicity

To those who advise staying silent, claiming that speaking out against the "Quranic Songs" YouTube channel only gives it more publicity – the reality must be understood.

The responsibility to confront falsehood and misrepresentation is greater than the fear of boosting its visibility. It's imperative not to sit idle while something as sacred as the Qur'an is misused or distorted. Silence in such moments only enables the spread of misinformation.

A similar situation arose in April 2020, when a major Indian news outlet, India TV (led by Rajat Sharma), falsely accused Muslims of spreading COVID-19 in India. After nearly a year-long battle, the News Broadcasting Agency ruled against the channel, forcing them to remove the video and issue a correction. This victory was achieved because action was taken; had there been silence, the damaging narrative might have taken root.

When the report was filed against the "Quranic Songs" channel, it had 30 videos; now, only 11 remain. Yes, the subscriber base may grow, but silence will not stop that growth. The principle of adopting the lesser of two harms is clear here: while addressing the issue may bring temporary attention to the channel, remaining silent allows the misrepresentation to flourish unchecked.

When wrongs are allowed to go unchallenged, it only empowers them. It is the duty of those who know the truth to defend it with wisdom, no matter how large or small the platform. Staying quiet out of fear of giving more visibility to falsehood is not neutrality – it is complicity.

The truth needs defenders, not spectators. Stand up and speak out.

One of the channel has been hacked by someone (as claimed). He then uploaded normal Qur'aan Aayaats (only Allaah knows best)

Translation of what is written in the comment above is:

The account had videos offensive to Islam, so I hacked the account, recovered it, and was able to delete the pictures, change the name, and upload the Quran.

If you read the channel description now, it reads "The channel has been restored, and I bear witness that there is no Ilaahaa (worthy of worship) but Allah alone, with no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad sallallaahu alayhi wasallam is the Messenger of Allah."

🌿 Dua (Supplication) is an Act of Worship That Should Be Directed Only to Allaah 🌿

Dua is one of the highest forms of worship (Ibaadah), and it is impermissible to direct it to anyone other than Allaah. The sincerity inherent in dua makes it less prone to show-off (Riya), which strengthens its purity. Only those with weak faith (Eemaan) or those unaware of Allaah's beautiful names and lofty attributes become despairing of His mercy and turn away from calling upon Him alone, without associating partners with Him. 🤲

We have all heard countless stories of the righteous predecessors and how their supplications were accepted. However, these instances are not reserved solely for the righteous. Even a sinful Muslim, if they sincerely raise their hands towards the sky in desperation, seeking to fulfill their needs from Allaah alone, will not be turned away empty-handed by Allaah. He dislikes rejecting a plea made earnestly. 🌟

Whenever you feel despair or hopelessness regarding Allaah’s mercy, remember that even the supplication of a mushrik (one who associates partners with Allaah) is answered. Allaah says concerning them:

“And when they board a ship, they supplicate Allaah, sincere to Him in religion. But when He delivers them to the land, at once they associate others with Him.”

Furthermore, Allaah accepted the supplication of Iblees when he said:
"My Rabb, then reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected." Allaah replied: "So indeed, you are of those reprieved."

So, call upon Allaah and say:
“O Allaah, I am better than a mushrik, I am better than Iblees,” and ask Him for all your needs. Nothing is too difficult, too big, or too great for Allaah to grant. When He wills something, He merely says, “Be,” and it is! 🌟 However, it is essential to understand that there are conditions for the acceptance of dua, and there are factors that may prevent its acceptance.

🕊 Conditions for the Acceptance of Dua 🕊

It was narrated by Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ said:
“A person’s supplication will continue to be answered as long as he does not ask for something sinful, or for the severing of family ties, and as long as he does not become impatient.”
It was asked: “O Messenger of Allaah, what does it mean to be impatient?” He replied:
“It means saying: ‘I made dua, and I made dua, but I did not receive a response.’ Then he becomes frustrated and stops making dua.”
(Muslim, 2735)

Abu Sa’eed (may Allaah be pleased with him) also narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said:
“There is no Muslim who offers a dua that does not involve sin or the severing of family ties, but Allaah will give him one of three things in return:
1️⃣ He will either answer his dua sooner,
2️⃣ He will store it up for him in the Hereafter,
3️⃣ *He will divert an equivalent evil away from him.”

The companions then said: “We will make a lot of dua!” To which the Prophet ﷺ replied:
“Allaah is more generous.”
(Musnad Ahmad, 10749)

✨ A Personal Story ✨

I am sharing this to let you know my personal story, as an insignificant and sinful slave of Allaah. This morning, I made a heartfelt supplication to Allaah concerning something, filled with hope and complete faith in Allaah that He listens and answers the supplications. By the afternoon, I received a message from a husband and wife (my students), discussing exactly what I had supplicated for. SubhanAllaah!

I do not wish to mention their names, out of respect for their sincerity (in sha Allaah), but I want to say:
جزاكم الله خيرا (May Allaah reward you with goodness).
May Allaah write for them the full reward for what they intended to do, Aameen. 🌸

🧡 Gratitude to My Students 🧡

I also take this opportunity to say جزاكم الله خيرا to all my students, for after the help of Allaah, you are the reason I remain connected to the knowledge of this beautiful religion. 🌿

The Messenger of Allaah ﷺ said:
"If anyone does you a kindness, repay him; but if you do not have the means to do so, pray for him until you feel you have compensated him"
(Abu Dawood, 1672)

He ﷺ also said:
"Whoever is shown kindness and says: ‘May Allaah reward you with goodness,’ has done the most that can be said in praise."
(Tirmidhi, 2035)
