LLMs (like ChatGPT) and their future iterations, adaptations and open source equivalents not subject to government regulations, will be able to use basic OSINT to collect data about you.
And not just on your public profiles with your information, but also on your anonymous profiles.🙃
Because LLMs are able to identify writing styles and analyze / identify even anonymous personalities.
Example: all your social media posts match the writing style you use and they can be analyzed and associated with YOU, even if they are "anonymous".
AI will allow the process to become more and more accurate, even with billions of data examples.
Once an AI model has all your information, it can create a profile of who you are, from your political leanings to your general attitude in life.🫠
You will be scored and potentially discarded, as it will be an automated process to choose the best candidate for some job, task or purpose.
It won't just be companies that have it, we will all have it and it will be embedded in social media, dating apps and countless others to some extent (barring legislation).

When any law tries to regulate AI and wants to define the accountability for the damage caused by AI, the law should seek the user, the human who gave the order, issued the request, or who defined the algorithm for accountability.✅

One thing law enforcement should know is that, unlike the weapons (guns, knives, bombs,...), AI knows and records its user, where its every requests came from, so it should be easier to check and find the human who should be responsible.🫡
