A Microsoft employee invented this thing . COVID gave Benjamin Kabe the idea - the man really liked to bake bread, but when he got infected, he temporarily lost odors and could not determine the readiness of sourdough.

And so this gadget was "born". A gas sensor together with a microcontroller analyzes the molecular composition of the odor. Based on the data obtained, the model is trained and then goes to work.
