🎉 Big day for us at IAL – today, we officially launch the Centre for Skills-First Practices (CSFP), in partnership with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)!
Themed "Skills-First: Embrace, Deepen, Convene," the event was graced by Minister for Education and Minister-in-Charge of Social Services Integration, Mr Desmond Lee, as we unveiled key tools and partnerships to advance Singapore’s skills-first workforce.
1️⃣ A pioneering Skills-First Readiness & Adoption Index developed with the OECD to measure readiness and adoption of skills-first practices across 30 countries
2️⃣ A Jobs-Skills Insights Report quantifying the decade-long national skills efforts by SSG and Workforce Singapore
3️⃣ Signing of three MOU with National Trades Union Congress (NTUC), NHG Health, and Burning Glass Institute (BGI) to pilot initiatives across sectors
