Gunman randomly shoots at people before being fatally shot by Albuquerque police. New Mexico, USA.

Shooting at 52-year-old John Dawson Hunter, suspected of shooting at cars passing near his home in the Foothils area, as a result of which one person was killed and two were injured.

Those shots killed 31-year-old Alicia Hall and injured a 15-year-old girl and another individual on March 14. Police say Hunter targeted his victims at random as they pulled up to a stop sign near Tramway and Montgomery.

John Hunter was leaving a voice mail for a family member when he decided to go to another area of his home and start shooting a rifle through windows and toward the street.

Hunter walked over to two handguns on the ground, began to pick one up, at which time three officers discharged their rifles (12 rounds total).
