Chat with customers in LV 2.0

Order movement rules in LeadVertex 2.0

In the work of a call center, situations often arise when an order is moved to the wrong status by mistake. This leads not only to failures in the business process, but also to financial losses if you work with webmasters.

To protect your business from such errors, you can set up rules for moving orders by status according to your sales funnel. For example, an order from the β€œProcessing” status cannot immediately go to β€œReturn”. And the order from the β€œPaid” status cannot go into the β€œSpam” status.

Data validation in LV 2.0

We will not talk about the advantages of validation, because they are already clear. But we wanted to talk about interesting nuances!

You can very flexibly configure the mandatory fields and the correctness of their filling. For example, when moving an order to the β€œFor shipping” status, the address must be filled in it. And for the status "Cancelled" the address is not needed.

You can also prevent operators from editing certain fields at all or at a certain stage.

We also have an interesting functionality of important fields. This is also validation, but advisory, when you do not force the operator to fill in the data, but draw his attention to the fact that the field may need to be edited!
