Hi CLAT Aspirants,
π₯ Important Update! π₯
Key Points: Delhi High Court Ruling on CLAT 2025 Results
Delhi High Court Decision: The court refused to stay a previous single-judge order that directed the NLU Consortium to revise CLAT-UG 2025 results due to errors in two questions.
Judicial Opinions: Acting Chief Justice Vibhu Bakhru and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela supported the single-judge's decision, finding no error in the identification of the questions as flawed.
Criticism of Oversight: The court criticized the CLATβs expert committees for not correcting the errors, questioning the thoroughness of their review process.
Proceeding with Results: The NLU Consortium was allowed to proceed with declaring revised results as per the single-judge's directive.
Further Appeals: Both the NLU Consortium and a CLAT candidate have filed appeals against the single-judge's ruling. The NLU Consortium challenges the intervention in the experts' decision, while the candidate seeks corrections in three additional questions.
Next Hearing: The case is scheduled for further hearing on January 7, 2025.
