π¨ Supreme Court Dismisses Plea Against 25% Domicile Reservation at NLU Jodhpur
The Supreme Court rejected a petition challenging the 25% reservation for Rajasthan-domiciled students at NLU Jodhpur.
* The Rajasthan High Court had upheld the policy, stating it was reasonable, non-arbitrary, and promoted regional educational access.
* Other NLUs have similar domicile-based reservations.
* The SC ruled there was no need to interfere under Article 136 of the Constitution.
