It's not about controlling your actions, it's about controlling your inner being.

Have Clarity About The Being You Want (Need)To Be, Then (Try to) Be It Now.
Your behaviour is not the outcome of your thoughts, It's the outcome of the condition of your heart.

Thoughts don't change your actions until you change your heart and nervous system.

You change it by repetition.

Control your present inner being. Repeatedly try to be the person who you want to be at the present moment.

The only thing you can control to control yourself is your current being.

Be the it now. You have to have clarity about the "character".

There's no repetition without clarity. And you can't build your character without repetition.

It's not about knowing more, It's about being at the right frequency.
A relaxed nerve improves the quality of your decisions.
You will make more money.
You will be better at manifestations.
You will think clearly.
Relax all your muscles.
Breath slowly and smothly.
Don't try to be a chameleon.

Selfcontrol depends on conscious and subconscious mind.

You're at home all day wearing a torn t-shirt and trousers. Your productivity is zero. You feel like rolling around in bed. Suddenly, you take a shower, put on a sharp suit, and spray some perfume. Instantly, your walk changes. A confidence emerges from within you.
Does your brain recognize clothing? Yes. When you wear a specific outfit, your brain downloads the characteristics associated with that clothing into itself. When you wear formal attire, your brain receives a signal — it's time to work, time to focus.
Clothing is not just your external covering — it's a remote control for your brain. The biggest mistake people who work from home make is working in their sleep clothes all day. The brain gets confused. It can't figure out whether it's time to sleep or time to work.
If you want to hack your own psychology, dress up. If you're feeling depressed, put on your best outfit. Your brain will see how you look and release dopamine from within. Dress the way you want to feel. Your mind will follow your body.

1. Is he experienced in this matter?

2. Does he care about me?

Just because you couldn't manifest a knowledge doesn't mean it's not the correct knowledge.

1. Time travel to your desired reality and be your desired character in the present moment.
2. 24/7 maintain the frequency of your desired character, consciously and unconsciously.
3. Build a relaxed nervous system.
4. Be unfazed by the reality.
5. Take relevant actions and go out of the comfort zone.
6. Have clarity about what you want to manifest.
7. Do conscious visualization in the morning, where you visualise a 8-13 second scenario in your desired reality and repeat the scenario.
8. Improve your attention span by avoiding cheap dopamine to improve visualization.
9. Be around the people you want to be like, energy is contagious.
10. Change your past! Visualise and turn negative past experience into positive.
11. Constantly go to the places where you lack selfcontrol but need to improve it.
12. Don't wait to manifest, be it instantly.
13. Control your inner being not action.
14. Live in the present moment.
15. Repetition, Consistency, Patience.
16. Fix your self image, and make it in accordance with your desired reality. See yourself as the person you want to become.
