Looks like there is some rain in that clouds... maybe for the mountains? Forecast no predict showers but that can change....
They state a mix of clouds and sun. High 34°C. Winds SW at 15 to 25 km/h.

Occasional remote thunder (since about 03:30hr), light rain now at 07:00. Hurricane "Kay" is still about 590 km south Baja Peninsula tip. (Fidepaz/Puesta Del Sol area)

At 06:00hr Kay was about 590 km from the southern tip of the Baja peninsula. Tropical storm conditions and areas of heavy rain expected to begin across southern Baja California peninsula by Wednesday morning.
Currently we got light rain and remote sound of thunder observed from Fidepaz area in La Paz, BCS.
Kay is moving toward the northwest near 20 km/h (13 mph), and this general motion should continue through tonight. A turn toward the north-northwest is expected on Wednesday, and this motion should continue into Thursday.
On the forecast track, the center of Kay is expected move to the west of the southern Baja California peninsula on Wednesday, and approach the west-central coast of the Baja California peninsula Wednesday night and Thursday.
Strengthening is forecast during the next 36 hours, and Kay could become a major hurricane during that time.
Weakening is forecast to begin by Thursday, but Kay is forecast to remain a strong hurricane when it passes near the Baja California peninsula.

Tropical storm conditions are expected within the warning area in the southern Baja California peninsula beginning Wednesday morning. Tropical storm conditions are possible in the watch area in the southern Baja California peninsula by late Wednesday.

At 18:00hr MDT (00:00 UTC), the center of Hurricane Kay was about 445 km (275 mi) SSW of the southern tip of Baja California peninsula with maximum sustained winds of 140km/h (85 mph)
In Las Paz we have currently strong rainfall at Fidepaz / Puesta del Sol area.
Kay is expected to bring strong winds and heavy rains to portions of the southern Baja California peninsula beginning TOMORROW morning!

At 06:00 hr MDT (12:00 UTC), the eye of Hurricane Kay was located about 355 km (220 mi) SW of the southern tip of Baja California with maximum sustained winds of 155 km/h (100 mph). Outer rain bands of Kay beginning to reach the southern Baja California peninsula.

On the forecast track, the center of Kay is expected to pass to the west of the southern Baja California peninsula today, and be near the west-central coast of the Baja California peninsula Thursday and Friday. Kay is expected to produce rainfall totals of 6 to 10 inches, isolated maxima of 15 inches.

These rainfall amounts could lead to flash flooding, including landslides across mountainous areas

The Espiritu Santo island is a few miles off the coast from state capital La Paz, from where you can get by boat in 45 minutes. It is both a Natural Protected Area and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, due do its extraordinary biodiversity.
The surrounding reefs home to numerous fish species such as parrotfish, angelfish, trumpetfish or rainbow wrasse, and also sharks, dolphins, turtles, rays and even whales. Snorkeling and scuba diving are very popular activities here
