📣“#هجدهمین_نمایشگاه_کتاب_کرمان”

📚هجدهمین دوره نمایشگاه کتاب کرمان از ۷ تا ۱۳ دی ماه ۹۸ در محل دائمی نمایشگاههای بین المللی جنوب شرق گشایش می یابد. مدیرعامل شرکت نمایشگاههای بین المللی جنوب شرق با بیان اینکه این نمایشگاه در ۳۶۰ غرفه با حضور ۳۳۱ ناشر داخلی و ۹ ناشر خارجی برگزار خواهد شد، گفت: در این نمایشگاه ۸۸ هزار و ۱۳۰ عنوان کتاب داخلی در ۷۰۰ هزار جلد و ۱۱ هزار و ۲۰۰ عنوان کتاب خارجی از ۸۶ کشور جهان ارائه می شود. امیرحسین سعید افزود: امسال برای نخستین بار بخش بین الملل و ۱۵ غرفه کتاب دیجیتال نیز در این نمایشگاه فعال خواهد بود. 📍وی ادامه داد: دوستداران و علاقمندان به کتاب می توانند هر روز از ساعت ۹:۳۰ دقیقه صبح تا ۲۰ شب از این نمایشگاه، واقع دربزرگراه آیت الله هاشمی رفسنجانی، محل دائمی نمایشگاههای بین المللی جنوب شرق دیدن فرمایند.

Soft skills

Have you ever heard the term "soft skill"? Well, if not, I will tell you about it. Soft skills are some personal characteristics that enable people to interact effectively; such as leadership skills, teamwork, communication skills, adaptability and so on and so forth.

In recent years the lack of such soft skills as communication and working in teams has grown. This development is the result of various factors, which can have a harmful impact on people.

Personally, I think the deficiency in Soft skills is caused by various factors such as the extra emphasis on computer-based work or technological works or maybe the lack of socialisation in general. Development of technology changed lots of things, for example, it led to a decline in the experience of dealing with colleagues face to face on a daily basis and as a result, workers are less able to communicate effectively with their fellow workers, their managers and even public! These things have increased the distance between people generally, and have further led to decline in overall socialisation.

These above factors have a direct impact, both on the employees and business and the public. From an employee's point of view, the effect can be either psychological or financial. From employers' perspective, such a bad situation is not healthy as it can affect profits, etc. The consequences are also felt by the general public who are then faced with a reduction in the quality of service.

As we have seen, there are various reasons behind the lack of soft skills like communication and team working among modern employees, which can have a huge impact on people in the workplaces, companies and the general public.
