πŸ”₯ FREE FOOD SPEAKING CARDS

Bright flashcards with "delicious" and diverse questions are a proven "starter" to give the children appetite for the lesson topic.

With their help, you can quickly activate the previously learned vocabulary or make the students use it in their speech. The set contains 36 questions of different difficulty, suitable for different ages and levels (A1-B1).

How to work with them:

- Divide the children into pairs or mini groups, give each of them several cards. They take turns asking each other questions and answering them.

- Give each student one card. Children move around the classroom. Their task is to ask every student a question and answer their question. At the end of the activity, everyone gives a brief report of what they've learned about their classmates.

Children will learn various professions and some special objects associated with them. Additionally, it's an excellent practice for Present Simple.

Students identify the necessary pictures, first discussing the occupations orally in pairs (different or the same), and then writing what they learned about them, for example: This is a policeman. He has got handcuffs. He needs a gun. He drives a police car. He uses a walkie-talkie in his work etc.

πŸ“– Reading words in lists is terribly boring, so we came up with a fun simulator!

Omnivorous and very hungry worms will eagerly eat or bite everything that comes into view and help your students practice reading 204 CVC words in an exciting way.

πŸ€— Believe us, kids just love them! And some of the colleagues even tried to use them with adults, because they are big children too who also like to play, they just don't admit it πŸ˜‰

In addition to these cute ones, you can always find a whole bunch of other activities with which students will definitely learn to read and even write their first CVC words.

πŸ’« Do you think only adults are overwhelmed with work? Nothing like that!
Each of these guys is incredibly BUSY every week, without exception!

But thanks to their busy schedule, you can revise several topics at the same time: Present Simple, adverbs of frequency, days of the week and of course various action verbs.

What does your students' week look like?
There is an empty template in the file in which children can draw their diagrams and then discuss their weeks in pairs.

Winter is not over yet, so do not put your skates away, because you will still need them! This time for a grammar β€œSpeed Skating” to practice Past Simple.

The goal of the game is to run the distance faster than other participants. The number of circles can be any.
The players take turns taking the task card and completing it. If the answer is correct, then they roll the dice and move forward along their track by the number of cells they have on the dice. If the answer is not correct, they remain on the spot until the next move.

The set contains 48 cards and the following tasks:
- write the past form and read it (among the verbs there are both regular and irregular), this checks how well they can change the endings of regular verbs and also pronounce them);
- make a sentence (different types of sentences +-?);
- answer the question using Past Simple.
The set includes a template for your own tasks. In addition, task cards can be used as a warm up activity.
