🍼 A bottle of fortune is a great tool to use for different activities with different groups and ages. Simple, easy and children like it better than doing the same exercises from a textbook.
💡 Possible ways to use:
👉 how we practised How many...? + numbers with 1-2 grades: I put post-its with questions about our classroom on the floor in a circle. The children took turns spinning the bottle, picking a card, reading the question and answering it (e.g. How many chairs can you see? I can see ... chairs.);
👉 how we practised My day + Telling the time with 3-4 grades: I put pairs of cards in a circle (verb + clock with random time). Students spinned the bottle and had to make up true sentences about themselves in Present Simple (affirmative or negative: I don’t brush my teeth at half past three / I go to school at 8 o’clock etc);
