Wild footage captures the moment a bystander confronts and disarms one of the attackers, who appears to be carrying a long rifle, during today’s shooting at a Hanukkah celebration event at Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia.
The man who tackled and disarmed one of the Bondi Beach terrorists has been identified as 43-year-old Ahmed al Ahmed, a fruit stand owner.
The father of two was shot twice and is undergoing surgery.
