Many think swim caps are meant for keeping your hair dry. However, this is not what they are used for and you will be disappointed if you try to use them for this purpose. Your hair will be just as soaking wet wether you use a cap or not.

So what are they used for?

Wet hair is extremely heavy and will slow down your swimming. Swim caps reduce resistance in the water by making you more hydrodynamic and this way allowing you to swim faster while also keeping your hair out of the way.

You now have the opportunity to purchase Aalto Swim branded swim caps at our practices and events for just 10€ each. Upgrade your performance by minimizing unnecessary drag and distractions. You will feel the difference every time you dive in. 💙

The night kicks off with chill hanging and food 🌭 The sauna and hot tub will be ready for you all evening 🤿♨️🍻 Bring your sweaty (yeah we know 😤) overalls, because now’s your chance to wash off the dirt and smells together with friends, naturally while wearing them in the Baltic Sea. 🧜🧜 As the night goes on and drinks get colder, the energy won’t drop, DJ(s) will keep the crowd moving like a proper water rally!

Even though the school year is ending soon: Aalto Swim has 3 trainings left so you still have a good chance to get your technique tips and some good exercise every Wednesday till the end of May! 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 See you tomorrow!😽

The training season is soon coming to an end because we will be on summerbreak from June to August and the trainings will start again in early September! 😼 Hopefully we will see you all in the remaining two sessions and again in the fall🫡
