1. "ರಿಬೇಸಿಂಗ್" (Rebasing) ಎಂದರೇನು?
ಸರಳವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುವುದಾದರೆ, ಜಿಡಿಪಿ (Gross Domestic Product - ಒಟ್ಟು ದೇಶೀಯ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನ) ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸೂಚ್ಯಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಲೆಕ್ಕಹಾಕಲು ಬಳಸುವ ಆಧಾರ ವರ್ಷವನ್ನು (Base Year) ಬದಲಾಯಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗೆ "ರಿಬೇಸಿಂಗ್" ಎನ್ನಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ: ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದುವರೆಗೆ ಜಿಡಿಪಿ ಲೆಕ್ಕಹಾಕಲು 2011-12 ಅನ್ನು ಆಧಾರ ವರ್ಷವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಈಗ ಇದನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿ 2022-23 ಅನ್ನು ಹೊಸ ಆಧಾರ ವರ್ಷವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಯಾರು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ?: ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸಾಂಖ್ಯಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದ (MoSPI) ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸಾಂಖ್ಯಿಕ ಕಚೇರಿ (NSO) ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.

At the Cannes Film Festival, a new film made entirely using Artificial Intelligence (AI) premiered yesterday. The film named “Hell Grind” is a 95-minute flick which took a team of 15 to be created in just 14 days at a cost of roughly 5 lakh USD.
San Francisco-based startup Higgsfield AI has billed their science-fiction experiment as the world’s first-ever AI feature film, and even dropped a trailer for it on Wednesday.
The movie is packed with violent fantasy action sequences and has a gods-and-monsters plot. Higgsfield founder Alex Mashrabov wrote on a social media platform that this is the first AI film to demonstrate that AI can now sustain character consistency, world coherence, and narrative arc across a complete feature.
