— New default values for some options. Existing users won't notice them, but new one can.

— Option to disable taskbar flashing. Flashing used on Windows and macOS, but you can still change it on Linux if you want.
— New tray menu option to enable/disable notification sound.
— Playback controls are now shown for GIFs, so you can use same features as videos for them: seekbar, pause, speed, PiP. Except for sound, of course.
— Option to set custom recent stickers limit up to 200 (or disable them at all). The thing is Telegram already stores 200 recent stickers to use them in suggestions by emoji, so changing this limit will affect only visual side.

While you're waiting for update with folders, here is funny thing: Telegram Desktop still has button for top bar notification button.

Most interesting thing here is that this variant of switching notifications was never released. It was added in beta version 1.1.23.2 (betas were closed before), and commented out shortly after.

Since notification switch is already exists in profiles, there is no point in duplicating it. But I'd like to know, which variant you like more.
