I took it extendedly where my understanding goes further than just the mind.

The heart.

The heart influences the mind, the words and actions!

So change perspectives (often solving problems) is to solve the core, which is the heart!

A lot more to uncover from this, which I’m okay to share in an event!

Essentially it is one of the contributing factors to exponential growth!

I had an opportunity to catch up with instagram.com/heyevantan on my short trip to KL.

We talked about the importance of having an abundance mindset. It truly is a journey to acquire it as we have personal issues and problems to breakthrough it.

Understanding the processes of traumas and why we are as such through upbringing, family and relationships goes through a lot of spectrum.

He also mentioned feeling gratitude and practicing gratitude is 2 DIFFERENT THINGS entirely.

Which takes years to make it a habit. Truly insightful, and I have the vision to have KOOMUNITY to practice gratitude and abundance.

To a great 2026 ahead for us!

May 2026 be a year of more personal breakthroughs, exponential growth and continuous learnings.

Setting the right mindset for the year, practicing abundance and letting go of the past, striving forward is super important for me.

Practicing this year by year from 2020, resulted in having exponential growth each year!

You are in charge of what 2026 will be and you have full control of what it will be! 2026 will be great!

2025 is an exponential year, countless of breakthroughs and filled with amazing people.

What I learnt,

1) Thinking in systems, using frameworks to break it down and make decisions

2) Understanding the basics of NLP, understanding patterns in humans.

3) Hiring by identifying habits and patterns of excellence

4) Listening better

5) Solving problems by identifying the core, not the surface

6) Being secure and take things as it is, never personally.

7) Reflecting with purpose, not dwelling or with guilt. Always Long Term Thinking!

8) The art of letting go. Most of us have things that is preventing us from moving forward because we haven’t let go things from the past. Learning to let go will result in a breakthrough thus a better you.

Honestly, learning this (letting go) felt like a superpower to see the things that other people don’t see.. super incredible, I hope to learn how to convey this to others to be better.

My team has been insanely obsessed with chess and it thought me ALOT! We recently came back from a retreat and kickoff 2026, and a chunk of that was chess.

It taught me in terms of thinking way ahead and great players are able to see the unseen of new/not so good players.

That’s pretty enlightening in the business world where some are way ahead of its time!

More on that, chess consists of move that covers certain moves, covering pieces, which is very similar in the life of a start up! Covering each other for tasks!


The ability to spot patterns and countering it before it even comes, and how we value other pieces than pawns and how the queen is the most valuable signifies certain positions.

How pawns are less appreciated than other pieces because we have more, and how other pieces are appreciated as its limited. So manyyyyy!

I’m grateful to have my team. They taught me alot and has grown me alot as a person!

To have them succeed first is only when I truly succeed!

As reported 31 March 2025, Alibaba Group reported total revenue of RMB 996.35 billion (approximately US$137.3 billion), INSANE!

It’s also crazy how they’ve build insane ecosystems!

Before this trip, like many founders, it’s easy to think the story of a company is about a visionary leader.

But seeing how Alibaba grew changed my perspective. It became clear that what Jack Ma really built was not just a company, but a team of extraordinary leaders, each responsible for building powerful engines inside the organization. The ownership of their own divisions is super awesome!

And they were explaining how the company grew, the logistics, how alibaba operated, I kept thinking its CONFIRM IMPOSSIBLE for Jack Ma to do it all alone.

I mean dreaming SUPER BIG is a must, and having excellent leaders is crucial!
