I realised how insanely important taking ownership is, despite countlessly repeating it to my team.

No matter what happened to you, where you are in life, is because of you.

The realisation came when I was playing pickleball and realised we keep losing, maybe it’s because I had a new player as a teammate.

After that I took on the taking ownership mindset that we are losing because I’m incapable of winning and asked myself

“How can I strategise and win with what I have?”

We came closer to winning the second set and eventually won the third set. Insane.

Taking ownership really does wonders!

I did this just by saying,

“everything that is happening now is because of me, how can I do better with what I have?”

So simple yet so powerful!

I’m so grateful for what I was born with and I’m even more grateful for the life I have today.

My family, my team, my clients, my business partners and my audience.

I’ll do everything to give back, to more and beyond!

In all that happens in life, what is it trying to teach you?

2 things this week I learnt from my team,

1) Do things willingly. If the business requires you to do the task, do it willingly instead of dreading. When it comes from the heart, the outcome always hits different.

2) Avoid negative actions as best as possible. Dreading, complaining, gossiping can influence negativity thus leading to a negative outcome such as a bad day. One small action can snowball to something big!

Celebrate small wins such as being grateful and the outcome will be positive!

Money can be created out of nothing, it literally comes out of thin air.

I’ve seen people making money in the ways that I’ve never thought of and it’s super creative..

What do we have.. and what are we not seeing?!!!!

Can you actually believe it.. a sticker pack that you use on WeChat, WhatsApp, Telegram can make ALOT of money..

I am in Indonesia for JKT IP Market and it’s insane. The stickers that are so cute, it is integrated with big brands such as banks, convenience stores, governments etc.

It’s super insane because imagine the number of countries, the number of big brands in that countries, and the population and spending power of that country.

They earn through royalties, upfront licensing fees, and a minimum guarantee. All these with all the characters they have?! 🤯🤯🤯

Many of us are at a high point in life, momentum strong, opportunities flowing, wins stacking.

But life has a way of reminding us how fragile everything truly is.

Nothing is permanent. Everything can be gone literally in a second.

I told my teammate that achievements are truly temporary. You can’t bring them to the grave.

But the value you create, the lives you touch, and the impact you leave behind, that’s what lasts forever.

Be grounded, keep your heart humble, and mind open.

This isn't just a change of words, it's a profound reframe that transforms your ENTIRE experience, shifting from burden to pure gratitude and privilege.

I told my teammate, when you nurture this inner peace and compassion, you unlock breakthroughs that ripple through every aspect of your life.

It has been brought to my attention that some of my teammates has been offered jobs and some companies wanted to poach them.

I’m grateful, honoured and fulfilled. It is to their own benefit that they chose to improve with the systems we have built.

It is proven that when you are in Koocester Group you will minimally grow 10x as an individual, not as an employee.

All credits go to them and if they choose to leave, I’ll fully support it as long as it is for growth that aligns to their goals.
