In this reflection, I learnt that happiness is often misunderstood as something triggered by external events, like success, celebrations or recognitions.
But one day you might have them, one day you won’t..
Real happiness comes from within, it’s the mindset you carry, the meaning you assign to situations, and the choice you make to experience life.

How can I be spending on luxury or wants.. when people around me need this money?

Some of us might hold some resentment towards our family, or towards other people.
I treat these as knots in the heart, which sticks because subconsciously it will influence decision making.
I find being compassionate is one of the most important traits as when the heart is free of knots (making peace with your past)
your decision making will be towards creating utmost value and exercising empathy to other people.
One of the hiring processes we have is to have them go through this discomfort of making peace and amends.
For myself, a few knots has been undone, and some more to go.. life is getting better each day. 😃
