one basic thing to tell, before purchasing the pass you can check any restaurant that,if it supports payment from district/zomato app, agr support krta hoga to vha pay bill ka option ayega. agr pay bill ka option ni h to fir vha payment ni hogi. so check kr lena before taking pass.

1- dining voucer zomato me bhi link ho jayega. so tm district app ya same number se zomato dining section se bhi kr skte ho.
2- i will personally suggest ki try krna ki jaldi hi code use kr lena. fir bd me faltu me company koi t&c n lga de. but yes as per rule dining voucher 31 jan tk valid rhega. but try krna jaldi hi use kr lena
