The EU just changed the crypto game. MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) is fully in action, bringing new rules that impact traders, exchanges, and stablecoins.

What’s different now?👇

🪙 Stablecoins Under Pressure – No algorithmic stablecoins. Issuers must prove full reserves & transparency.

🏦 Exchanges Need Licenses – No license, no business. CEXs in the EU must meet strict security & compliance standards.

💲 USDT Isn’t MiCA-Approved (Yet) – It doesn’t meet EU reserve rules and is being delisted from MiCA-compliant exchanges. But Tether is working on a way back.

🕵️‍♂️ No More Anonymous Transactions – The Transfer of Funds Regulation makes user identification a must, even for small crypto transfers.
