Colby Covington on His Upcoming Fight with Joaquin Buckley

Former interim UFC welterweight champion Colby Covington shared his thoughts on his upcoming fight against Joaquin Buckley:
“Everything points to me destroying him. I’ll break his will and drag him into deep waters. He won’t be able to keep up with my pace. He hasn’t fought five rounds before, while I’ve proven time and time again that I can. My cardio, my control, and my experience are what set me apart from guys like him. In this fight, I plan to show that the level I’m competing at is far beyond his reach.”

The fight between Covington and Buckley is set to headline the main card of the next UFC event. Known for his aggressive fighting style and bold statements, Covington aims to reaffirm his position as one of the best in the division. Meanwhile, Buckley sees this as an opportunity to prove he’s ready to take on elite opponents and fight for a title.
