1. Obtain death certificate or proof of parent/guardian's passing and your proof of financial dependence along with any additional relevant documents (e.g., medical reports or bills of your parent or guardian).
2. Write to the Directorate of Student Affairs (DoSA) explaining your situation including a photocopy of your student ID, contact details and request for financial support.
3. Submit your letter and documents to the Directorate of Student Affairs (DoSA) and follow up to confirm receipt and processing.
4. The Directorate of Student Affairs (DoSA) shall review your application and may request additional information if needed.
5. Approval and support details will be communicated to you.
6. Prepared by the KNUST Student Activists to inform students.

The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, announces its 59th Special Congregation Ceremonies, scheduled from Wednesday, 25th to Saturday, 28th March 2026.
Graduands are advised to take note of:
