A Market Update:

Last night's dip was the single biggest liquidation event in crypto history. Blood in the streets. I hope you grabbed the chance to DCA into your position. I've bought more $COK, $SBR, $MES, $ANIME and many other coins I've called in this channel. $BTC has already reclaimed $100,000 with haste and alacrity, outperforming the altcoin market 📊

However, the question to ask is simple: Is the bottom in or not ❓

There is a good chance the bottom is in; however, I personally believe we will know for sure in about 6 weeks, when the Federal Reserve meets in March ✅

For the Altseason to commence, we need to observe the following:

1. A monetary policy shift from QT to QE (Quantitative Tightening to Quantitative Easing)

2. Inflation steadily falling

3. Non-Farm Payrolls increasing

4. Interest rates decreasing

Once these conditions are met, we can be sure that Alt-BTC pairs have bottomed and we can then move to the upside. This Friday, we will get Unemployment & Non-Farm Payrolls data and next week, Inflation data. These could be pivotal moments regarding what's to come in March 💹

I consider this period a great chance to DCA into your favourite positions 👀

My Current Thoughts on the Crypto Market:

Positive Scenario: Bitcoin retests the March 2024 $74,000 all-time high. Most people expect that to happen, but many times when everybody expects something to happen, it doesn't, just like the altseason that never fully took off. So we might get a bounce off of a higher low, say $76,000–$78,000 c📊

Negative Scenario: Bitcoin falls below the March 2024 $74,000 all-time high. This will invalidate a lot of bull run hopes and invalidate technical analysis structures. We might be looking at a so-called "left-translated cycle," during which the peak of the cycle occurs earlier than expected or earlier than in a typical cycle. In this case, the ATH might already be in 📈

Personally, I do not subscribe to the negative scenario. I believe Bitcoin has at least one or two legs up, with altcoins getting some reprieve soon after. It is also becoming apparent that the Fed will not start Quantitative Easing anytime soon, but they might end Quantitative Tightening, which would give all risk asset markets a huge push. I expect this to happen no later than June, but as early as late March 📈

What This Means for Altcoins & Memecoins

Guys, we are in heavy oversold territory her, most projects are 60–90% down. Oversaturation by Pump.fun has drained people. However, there might be yet another leg down, because the TOTAL3/Bitcoin chart (pictured above) hasn't bottomed out yet 📊

This chart shows the market capitalization of all cryptocurrencies (excluding BTC and ETH) vs. Bitcoin. As you can see, this chart hasn’t bottomed out yet. A lot of people think this might need to happen before we can commence the desired altseason. We might not go all the way down, but perhaps a bit further 👀
