The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) finally released the Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) for UPI transactions.
The rate has been fixed at 0.4% on merchant transactions above โน2,000. For transactions of โน75,000 and above, the MDR will be capped at โน300 per transaction.
