The altitude a plane flies depends on its type and route. Passenger aircraft usually fly between 30,000-35,000 feet, though models like Boeing and Airbus can reach service ceilings of 41,000-43,000 feet. Private jets, on the other hand, can fly as high as 45,000 feet.
Military aircraft can soar even higher, reaching altitudes of 50,000 to 70,000 feet (double the height of passenger aircrafts) !!

In 1995, Goran started cycling from his home in Sweeden, all the way to Nepal, in order to clim Mt Everest.
He cycled across Eastern Europe, Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, India and Nepal, covering a distance of over 12,000 km (7,000 miles) carrying 108 kg of gear and food for his adventure WITHOUT bottled oxygen or sherpa assistance to carry equipment !
In 1999, he AGAIN climbed Everest as part of a clean-up project.
With willpower and determination, anything is possible to achieve.
