Seeking a volunteer for English Editing

Folks,
We are preparing a tool that would make important information regarding setting up decentralized small millet processing units available in a simple and accessible way. It will be freely available online for anyone to use. It is being designed for people working to promote millet cultivation, processing and consumption, especially in producer communities.

We are looking for someone with experience in editing articles and short pieces. The primary tasks are
(i) language simplification and (ii) checking for consistency and continuity. We estimate the work to take anywhere from 2 to 4 hrs a week for 3 weeks. Telegram has started a group voice chat feature. using this we can have voice discussions in the group. This is a great feature making it easier for people to communicate without having to type.

I am marking one hour every week on my calendar for a voice chat in the discussion group associated with this channel. The Midweek Millets Discussion Hour (MMDH) shall be an hour (every week Wednesday night 9 PM IST) in which I shall share whatever I know that might answer your questions and doubts about different aspects of millets.

We shall have our first session on Jan. 13th, today. Mark your calendars and join us for an hour of Q&A on millets.

If you can post your Qs in advance in the discussion group, it would be even better - others in the group will get an idea of what will be discussed in the MMDH.

I am yet to find a Telegram bot that can record the discussion for those who are not part of it to catch up. If you know of one, please do let me know. Until then the MMDH shall not be recorded ! 😁
