Non-retina testing

If you have retina screen but the web-project you are working on should be tested on non-retina screens as well, you can set the page zoom to 50%, then make screenshot and explore it in any image viewer.

Isn't it too obvious? :–)
Searching bl.ocks

If you've got your hands dirty writing d3 code, you should know about bl.ocks.org resource providing numerous visualizations along with theirs source code.

If you want to find something specific on bl.ocks, https://blockbuilder.org/search comes in handy.

Make sure you've checked “with thumbnail image” option in the top left corner.
Particle interaction optimization

If your N particles should repel each other, you can find repulsion force for each pair. But for lots of particles it will take time proportional to which can be pretty slow.

To reduce complexity you can render a raster force field at first and then make it impact every single particle:
p5js slowly renders Graphics object for some reason, so I do it straight on canvas. It's possible to hide the gradient field if you don't like it:
Neuroji

I've made a trashy stickerpack for telegram. Well not me really. A neural network trained on 2000 emojis completely refreshes it every 5 minutes. Enjoy!

What happens when you turn the words of “The Old Man and the Sea” into colors? Here I leave out all the letters except ABCDEF, which form a HEX color: after → #afe and so on.
