For repairing gum and dental issues,

Try this daily regimen at least twice a day:
1. Soak dental floss in 3% hydrogen peroxide. Use soaked dental floss to floss between teeth using scooping motion. Gums may bleed and this is normal. They should stop bleeding after a few weeks.

2. Brush teeth vigorously with toothpaste.

There are many sides to brush:

Same for bottom teeth:

3. Rinse mouth. Then put a capful of 3% hydrogen peroxide in mouth, swish it around, and hold for 10 minutes.

It will cause hydrogen peroxide to bubble and foam.

5. After 10 minutes, rinse the mouth lightly.

6. Brush teeth again, this time with calcium containing substance, such as Greek yogurt or toothpaste with calcium phosphate or hydroxyapatite.

Do not rinse out the calcium with water. Simply hold calcium substance or paste in mouth for few minutes without swallowing, then spit out excess.

Retain a coating of calcium on teeth.

7. After every meal, rinse mouth thoroughly with water.

Remember:
The act and mechanical force of brushing alone stimulates the teeth and gums to improve circulation, grow dentin and enamel, and repair the tooth's surface.

The more you brush, the faster this will happen.
